Shipping

• All orders are sent to dispatch same business day after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days.
• Orders are shipped via USPS.
• Undaunted Things WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
• If your package is “return to sender” we will reship the item to updated address. Customer is responsible for shipping invoice for the second delivery attempt.

• We are extremely confident that our brand designs and product fit will be to your liking. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact customer service, info@undauntedthings.com, and we will be happy to issue out an exchange or refund.
